What it is
KO Truffles are a benchmark of Russian chocolate confectionery — round spheres rolled in fine cocoa powder, with a smooth chocolate centre that dissolves on the tongue. Красный Октябрь (Red October) has been making them since Soviet times; the recipe has barely changed.
Each truffle carries a clean bite and a deep, bitter-sweet finish — cocoa powder on the outside holding back the richness within.

Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, coconut oil (refined deodorised), cocoa powder, antioxidants (ascorbic acid, alpha-tocopherol), flavouring (vanilla).
