Major M6 incident impacting deliveries across Scotland and Northern England

A major road traffic incident has caused severe disruption on the M6 at Junction 20, which is impacting our linehaul trailers accessing Scotland, Cumbria and the North West today.

The affected depots are: Cumbernauld, Edinburgh, Tannochside, Carlisle, Preston and Warrington.

This means some parcels due for delivery today may incur a 24-hour delay, but as always we will do everything possible to minimise any impact on you and your customers.

Details of the delayed parcels will be available for you to view on your MyDPD portal.

We will also let your customers know of any delay if you have provided your customers' contact details to us.
