A jar of Eastern European summer — sweet, tangy and deeply aromatic.

WHOLE TOMATOES   ·   CLASSIC BRINE   ·   670 G

What it is

Whole tomatoes preserved at peak ripeness in a clean brine of water, vinegar, salt and sugar, rounded with garlic, dill and black pepper. The flesh stays firm, the flavour is bright and tangy with a herbal edge — everything a classic Eastern European pickled tomato should be. Serve straight from the jar alongside cured meats, hearty soups or boiled potatoes. The brine works well in dressings and marinades too.
