What it is
Kvass is a fermented rye beverage with roots going back centuries across Eastern Europe and the Baltic states. Sencu is brewed by the Tervetes brewery in Latvia — a well-established producer that brings the same craft approach to kvass as it does to its beers.
The result is a dark amber drink with natural carbonation, a tart flavour, and a subtle rye bread aroma. At 0.5L in a single-serve bottle, it is easy to grab and go — equally at home alongside a meal or on its own on a warm day.
