Rye-Wheat Croutons with Salami Flavour
Smoky paprika and cured-meat depth — a Ukrainian classic.
UKRAINE · FLINT · 35 g
What they are
Crunchy little rusks cut from rye-and-wheat bread, double-baked till they snap, then tumbled with a smoky salami seasoning — paprika, garlic, black pepper and a cured-meat backbone. Flint is Ukraine's most familiar maker of this beer-snack format, the kind of pack that lives in the kitchen drawer for unexpected guests.
Tip them straight into a bowl with cold beer or kvass, or scatter them across a snack board next to pickles, smoked cheese and dark rye bread.
