Whole Dried Roach ±250 g
A classic dried river fish — salted, air-dried, and ready to enjoy
EASTERN EUROPE · DRIED FISH · ±250 g
What it is
Roach (Rutilus rutilus) is a lean freshwater fish, long prized across Eastern Europe as a salted and dried snack. The whole fish is cured in salt, then slowly air-dried to concentrate its mild, clean flavour — firm, slightly chewy, and intensely savoury.
Sold whole and ready to tear apart by hand, it pairs naturally with cold beer and rye bread.
