What it is
Kvass is one of Eastern Europe's oldest fermented drinks — made from bread and water, then brought to life by yeast and lactic-acid bacteria. This unfiltered version from Tauras in Lithuania skips the filtration step by design: the gentle cloudiness in your glass is not a flaw but a sign of a living, naturally fermented product.
