Mimino Saperavi Dry Red Wine

Georgia's most celebrated red grape in its finest expression

GEORGIA   ·   MIMINO   ·   750 ml · 12.5% ABV

What it is

Saperavi is Georgia's most storied red grape — a teinturier variety with colour in both skin and flesh, giving wines of exceptional depth and richness. Grown in the ancient wine region of Kakheti in eastern Georgia, it produces dry reds with a deep ruby-garnet hue, firm tannins, and aromas of blackberry, cherry, and dark plum.

Mimino crafts this Saperavi as an approachable, everyday expression of the variety — clean and fruit-forward with good structure. At 12.5% ABV it drinks well on its own, but pairs brilliantly with red meats, mature hard cheeses, and hearty stews.
