What it is
The Talsu Ritulis classic with a colourful blend of dried spices and bell peppers — reds, greens and yellows speckled through the pale curd. Eye-catching on a board and faintly warm on the tongue.
The conversation-piece slice on a cheese board, melted onto a herby toast, or grated over scrambled eggs.
Ingredients
