RotFront «Bird's Milk» — Cream-Vanilla Soufflé Chocolates, 225 g
Cloud-soft soufflé in dark chocolate — the original Moscow recipe since 1967.
MADE IN RUSSIA · ROTFRONT · 225 G
What they are
Individually-wrapped squares of cream-vanilla soufflé enrobed in dark chocolate. The bite is the whole point: a thin crisp shell snaps open onto an almost weightless, marshmallow-light interior that melts on the tongue with a clean vanilla-ice-cream sweetness.
«Птичье молоко» (Ptichye Moloko, literally "bird's milk") was created at the RotFront factory in Moscow in 1967 and quickly became one of the most iconic Soviet sweets. RotFront still holds the original trademark — these are the real ones (нacтоящие), as the seal on the pack proudly states.
How to enjoy
- Straight from the bag with strong black tea or coffee — the classic pairing.
- Set out in a small dish on the table at family gatherings or with after-dinner drinks.
- Tuck a few into a coat pocket as a sweet pick-me-up.
- A familiar, nostalgic gift for anyone who grew up in the post-Soviet world.
