Blueberry Zephyr are an addition to the white line of Laima zephyrs. Rich aroma and taste of blueberry zephyrs is associated with a warm sunny day and blueberries freshly picked in the forest. It contains no fat. The base of blueberry zephyrs contains natural apple curd puree (~35%). This puree contains fibers and gelatinizing agent – apple pectin, which are needed for organism. This agent limits a rise of sugar in blood. Moreover, it is believed that pectin regulates digestion and helps your body get rid of radioactive materials and heavy metals.
Laima white zephyrs are recommended by Latvian Dietarian Association.
