What it is
A soft yeast-raised ring doughnut from Mantinga, one of Lithuania's biggest bakery houses, hand-finished with a marbled pink-and-white glaze and filled with a sweet bubble-gum-flavoured cream. Think of it as the Baltic answer to a bakery donut — fluffier dough, brighter colours, a filling that's pure childhood.
