Dried Capelin · 100 g
The classic Baltic dried fish snack — salty, tender, and deeply satisfying.
LITHUANIA · DAUPARU ZUVIS · 100 G
What it is
Capelin is a small, oily North Atlantic fish prized across Eastern Europe and the Baltics as a premium dried snack. Caught in cold northern waters, these fish are salt-cured and slow-dried to concentrate their natural flavour — firm to the touch, intensely savoury, with a pleasantly chewy texture.
Dauparu Zuvis, one of Lithuania’s established seafood specialists, applies traditional processing methods to produce consistently clean, well-salted dried fish products sold throughout the Baltic region and beyond.
