What it is
Prodomo is Dallmayr's signature ground coffee, crafted from select 100% Arabica beans sourced from the highland growing regions of Ethiopia and other premium origins. The Prodomo process gently removes harsh and bitter compounds, resulting in a cup that is noticeably smoother and easier on the stomach than most filter coffees, without losing depth of flavour.
Expect a well-rounded, moderately full body, balanced acidity, and a clean finish. Ground to suit standard filter coffee machines.
