What it is
A firm, dry-cured salami produced by Rēzekne Meat Factory (RGK) in Latvia, crafted in the style of Spanish cured charcuterie. The sausage is slow-dried and smoked, yielding a compact texture and a deep, spiced flavour with notes of paprika and black pepper.
RGK has been operating from Rezekne, eastern Latvia since 2001 and is one of the Baltic region's largest meat producers. Their Spanish salami brings the hallmarks of Iberian dry-curing — paprika, garlic, firm bite — to a Latvian production standard.
