What it is
Rudzupuķe — cornflower in Latvian — is one of Laima's most enduring confections. Each piece is individually wrapped and enrobed in dark chocolate, enclosing a smooth filling of crème brûlée and roasted hazelnut paste.
Made in Riga, these sweets have stayed largely unchanged in recipe and character: rich, not overly sweet, with a gentle caramel depth that lingers.
