What it is
Mishka Kosolapy (Clumsy Bear) is one of Russia's most beloved chocolate sweets, made continuously since 1935. The wrapper — reproducing Ivan Shishkin's famous forest painting — has been its signature from the start.
The Honey Grillage variety fills a crisp wafer layer with roasted crushed nuts caramelised with real honey — the classic grillage technique — then enrobes the whole thing in dark chocolate. Three distinct textures: brittle grillage, thin wafer, and a smooth chocolate shell.
Ingredients
Sugar, vegetable fat, roasted crushed nuts (hazelnuts / walnuts), honey, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, wheat flour, cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanillin.
