Suluguni/Kashkaval type is a brine cheese without crust. It is white in color, with a dense, homogeneous, elastic, slightly layered structure, a pleasant sour-milk pure, brackish taste. Traditional suluguni cheese is made from cow's milk. This cheese is very useful, since it contains many vitamins and minerals. Particularly suluguni is recommended by dietitians to pregnant and nursing mothers, and also to children.
