What it is
A classic Baltic sweet curd bar (sūrelis / сырок) — a soft curd-cheese centre with vanilla flavour, wrapped in a chocolate glaze.
Eat straight from the fridge with tea or coffee, pack one into a lunchbox, or slice over porridge. A childhood treat across Lithuania, Latvia and Ukraine.
