What it is
Rakovye Shejki, which translates as crayfish necks, are firm caramel sweets shaped like the curved tail of a crayfish, filled with a smooth chocolate-almond praline. Wrapped in their signature red-and-gold twist wrappers, they have been part of the Russian confectionery landscape since the Soviet era.
