What it is
Ptichye Moloko — “bird's milk” — is the Soviet-era soufflé sweet that made Rot Front's name: a whipped, agar-set filling closer to a light mousse than a caramel, dipped in chocolate. This box mixes three fruit variants — cherry, raspberry, and strawberry-banana — with real fruit pieces folded through the soufflé rather than added as flavouring alone.
