What it is
These cylindrical metal moulds are made for baking traditional Eastern European tubule pastries — the crisp, shell-like rolls filled with whipped cream or custard that have been a bakery staple across Russia, Ukraine, and the Baltic states for generations. Each mould is turned from food-grade stainless steel: light, smooth, and rust-resistant, so the baked shell releases cleanly every time. A set of six means you can bake a full tray in one go.

How to use
Lightly grease each mould. Wrap a strip of choux or shortcrust pastry in a spiral around the outside, overlapping slightly. Bake at your recipe temperature until golden. Allow to cool for a minute, then gently twist and slide the mould out. Once the shells are fully cool, pipe in whipped cream, custard, or condensed-milk buttercream. Moulds are hand-wash recommended; dry thoroughly before storing.
