Bagels “Gorchichnye”

Crisp little rings with a warm mustard note — the kind that disappears with a cup of tea before you notice.

BAKED IN UKRAINE   ·   BY ХЛІБОДАР   ·   220 G PACK

What they are

Traditional Ukrainian sushky — small, dry, ring-shaped baked snacks with a satisfying snap. The dough is enriched with unrefined mustard oil, which gives the rings their gentle warmth and unmistakable golden colour. They’re not sweet and not spicy: just a quietly savoury, slightly piquant accent that pairs beautifully with hot tea, soft cheese, or a bowl of soup.

Each pack is a generous handful of little rings — great to leave out on a table, drop into lunchboxes, or thread onto string the old-fashioned way.

Ingredients

Wheat flour (1st grade), drinking water, sugar, vegetable fat (refined deodorised palm oil and its fractions, in natural form), baker’s yeast, unrefined mustard oil (0.7%), table salt, dough leavening agent, natural beta-carotene (colour).

Per the manufacturer’s specification (ТМ Хлібодар). The exact ingredient list is printed on the pack and may vary by batch.
