What it is
Riga Gold is one of the Baltic's most recognised canned fish brands, produced in Latvia from Atlantic sardines caught in the East Atlantic. The fish are carefully cleaned and packed whole into cans with refined oil and a pinch of salt — nothing more. The result is a tender, full-flavoured sardine with a clean, mild brine.
Good served straight from the tin on dark rye bread, or flaked into salads and pasta.
