Rye Bread of the Day 600g

Bread with a lighter taste. Continuing the path to the use of local raw materials, we use locally grown rye and cumin for daily rye bread. It is based on pickling in a wooden barrel, making loaves by hand, long cooking and baking time.

Ingredients: Rye flour, wheat flour, sugar, rye malt, wheat bran, salt, yeast, cumin, barley malt extract.
