Mukuzani Suliko — Dry Red Wine
Dark fruit depth, smooth oak warmth, and the unmistakable character of Kakheti Saperavi
GEORGIA · SULIKO · 750 ml · 11.5% ABV
What it is
Mukuzani is one of Georgia's most celebrated wine appellations — a controlled designation of origin in the Kakheti region, where Saperavi grapes have been cultivated for centuries around the village of Mukuzani in the Gurdjaani municipality. The appellation's reputation rests on the combination of ancient terroir, cool mountain nights, and traditional barrel ageing.
Suliko's Mukuzani is a dry red wine with a deep ruby-garnet hue. On the nose it opens with dark cherry, blackcurrant, and ripe plum, underpinned by gentle notes of vanilla, dark chocolate, and light toasted oak from barrel ageing. The palate is full-bodied with firm but ripe tannins and a long, warm finish.
