What it is
Kis-Kis is a much-loved Soviet-era iris toffee — soft, chewy pieces with a gentle caramel sweetness and a hint of vanilla. Made to a recipe unchanged since the 1930s, each piece is wrapped in the iconic paper twist printed with two curious cats on a rooftop. A nostalgic treat recognised across Russia and the former Soviet states.
