What it is
Kozinaki is a timeless Eastern European confection — roasted sunflower seeds pressed together with caramelised sugar and molasses into neat, snappable tiles. AKF, the Azov Confectionery Factory in southern Russia, has been producing these traditional brittle sweets since the Soviet era.
