Dome-shaped chocolates — dense nut praline, crushed cashew and hazelnut, dark chocolate glaze
RUSSIA · BABAEVSKY · 340 g
What it is
Belochka (Squirrel) is one of the most recognised chocolates in the Russian confectionery tradition, made by the Babaevsky concern in Moscow. Each piece is a small dome of dense praline made with crushed cashew and hazelnut, enrobed in rich dark chocolate glaze. The texture is compact and slightly crumbly, with a deep cocoa-nut character and a gentle vanilla note.
The 340 g box makes a generous gift for celebrations or a treat to keep close during long winter evenings.
