Kara-Kum Chocolate Sweets
Classic praline chocolates with roasted almond and wafer filling
RUSSIA · RED OCTOBER · 250 G
What it is
Kara-Kum is one of Russia's most iconic chocolate sweets, produced by the celebrated Red October confectionery factory in Moscow. Named after the vast Central Asian desert, these individually wrapped pralines feature a tender almond-praline filling studded with crushed wafer pieces, enrobed in rich dark chocolate glaze — a combination virtually unchanged since the Soviet era. Each sweet delivers a deep cocoa flavour and a gentle crunch from the wafer crumble.
Ingredients
Sugar, chocolate glaze (sugar, cocoa mass, vegetable fat equivalent of cocoa butter (palm, shea), cocoa powder, emulsifiers: soy lecithin E322, E476; vanilla flavouring), cocoa mass, cocoa butter, ground roasted almond (min. 7%), crushed wafer (wheat flour, sunflower oil, salt, soy lecithin, raising agent), milk fat substitute.
