What it is
Kharcho is one of the great soups of Georgian cuisine — a richly spiced broth of beef, rice, tomato, and aromatic vegetables. Spilva's preserved version captures that depth: seven per cent real beef, no preservatives, just pasteurisation. One jar makes three to four bowls; simply add an equal volume of water and bring to a boil for three minutes. Serve with sour cream and fresh herbs.
