What it is
Spilva's Borsch is a classic Eastern European beet soup made by Latvia's most trusted preserving brand. Bright ruby-red from slow-cooked beetroot, with tender pieces of beef, cabbage, and root vegetables — all in a light, tangy broth.
Dilute 1:1 with water, bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Ladle into a bowl and top with a spoonful of sour cream, fresh dill or a sliver of rye bread on the side.
