What it is
A dried herb-and-spice blend tailored to early-season salads: tomato, cucumber, radish, spring onion. Heavy on dill, parsley and sweet paprika, gentle on heat. Stirs straight into oil or sour cream to dress a salad.
Also good rubbed on cottage cheese, sprinkled on boiled eggs, or stirred into yogurt for a quick herb dip.
