What it is

A balanced spice blend built into mince — paprika, ground coriander, dried garlic and onion, black pepper and a hint of nutmeg. Designed for котлеты, meatballs, тефтели, stuffed peppers and the larder of mince-based home cooking.

Stir 1–2 teaspoons per 500 g of mince, mix well, rest 10 minutes before cooking. Equally good in lazy cabbage rolls (ленивые голубцы) and shepherd-style pie.
