What it is
A robust seasoning blend for the frying pan — paprika-led, with coriander, black pepper, dried garlic and mustard for that classic deep-savoury crust. Rub onto pork chops, beef strips, chicken thighs before they hit the hot pan.
Also good in marinades, stirred into mince for cutlets, or sprinkled over potatoes that share the same pan.
