What it is
A pork-specific blend — marjoram and caraway in front, paprika and mustard for warmth, dried garlic and black pepper to finish. The classic profile for roast pork, schnitzel, sausages and grilled chops.
Rub into the meat the night before for the best result, or use as a finishing sprinkle on roast potatoes and crackling.
