What it is
Sorrel soup is a beloved spring and summer staple across Eastern Europe — lighter than borscht, with a distinctive lemony tang that comes entirely from the sorrel leaves. Our version is fully vegetarian, made with garden sorrel, potatoes, onion, carrot, and free-range eggs in a clear vegetable broth.
