Sea Buckthorn Oil
Cold-pressed golden oil from sea buckthorn berries — a classic of Eastern European wellness
NATURAL OIL · SEA BUCKTHORN · 100 ML
What it is
Sea buckthorn oil is extracted from the pulp and seeds of Hippophae rhamnoides berries. The deep orange-gold colour is a direct indicator of its exceptional carotenoid content — beta-carotene, lycopene and zeaxanthin — alongside vitamin E (tocopherols), vitamin K, and the uniquely rare omega-7 fatty acid palmitoleic acid, found naturally in very few plant sources. Long established in Eastern European and Siberian folk medicine, widely used to support skin, mucous membranes and general vitality.
Internal use: Take 1 teaspoon (approximately 5 ml) once or twice daily, 20–30 minutes before meals. External use: Apply a small amount directly to skin, lips, scalp or affected areas; leave for 20–30 minutes before rinsing, or leave overnight. Can be blended with a neutral carrier oil for sensitive skin. Store in a cool, dark place after opening.
