What it is
Sosiski Extra are full-flavoured boiled sausages made to the classic Eastern European recipe: a generous proportion of pork and beef, seasoned with salt, garlic and a balanced spice blend, then heat-treated in a natural casing. The "Extra" grade means a higher meat content — less filler, more flavour.
The 1 kg pack keeps well under refrigeration and is ideal for households that go through sausages regularly. Boil, pan-fry or grill — the casing crisps up nicely in a hot pan alongside fried eggs and rye bread.
