What it is
Chicken wings — whole, three-jointed and on the bone, with the skin on. RGK brines them lightly, then smokes them over natural hardwood until the skin turns deep amber and the meat is tender, savoury and aromatic all the way through. Fully cooked, no further preparation needed.
RGK is a long-established Latvian smokehouse known for traditional, slow-smoked poultry and meats. Eat the wings straight from the pack at room temperature, warm them through in the oven for a few minutes for crisper skin, or pull the meat off the bone for salads, sandwiches and солянка.
