What it is
A cheburek is a Crimean Tatar street-food classic — a thin half-moon of dough wrapped around a savoury filling and fried until the edges blister and crackle. This is the modern home-fridge version: ready-cooked, frozen, and tucked into a microwave-safe pack so a proper hot snack is sixty seconds away.
The filling is a generous 36 % of the cheburek — chicken with cheese, soft and savoury. The dough is made with sour milk, curd and eggs, which keeps it tender rather than tough after heating. Heat it straight in the pack, or take it out and pop it on a plate — either way works.
Ingredients
Dough: wheat flour, water, sour milk, curd, egg, salt.
Filling (≈36%): chicken fillet, cheese (pasteurised milk, salt, starter cultures, rennet), water, onion, sunflower oil, salt, spices.
