Cheburek with Pork — Mantinga 130 g
A golden Lithuanian turnover, crisp at the edges, savoury in the middle.
LITHUANIA · MANTINGA · ČEBUREKAS · 130 g
What it is
Thin yeasted dough wrapped around a seasoned pork filling, deep-fried until the crust blisters into that signature crackle. Mantinga's čeburekas is the Lithuanian street-food classic from their "Food on Foot" range — already cooked, sealed and frozen, ready in under a minute.
From the freezer to a hot plate: 60 seconds in the microwave is the quickest route. For a crisper crust, give it 4–5 minutes in a hot oven (180 °C) or a few minutes in a dry pan — the dough firms back up and the filling stays juicy. Eat by hand, while it's still hot.
