What it is
Pargajiena are hot smoked sausages from RGK, the Rēzekne Meat Factory in Latvia, a producer with decades of craft behind them. Small and dense, they deliver a rich smoky character straight from the pack. No cooking needed: just slice and serve, or warm briefly on a pan or grill.
Their name comes from the Latvian word for a hiking excursion. These are sausages built for eating on the move, at the table, or anywhere a proper bite is called for.
