What it is
Peshterska Matured is a traditional Bulgarian grape rakia produced by Vinprom Peshtera. Distilled from four selected varieties—Rkatziteli, Ugni Blanc, Dimyat and Pamid—and aged in oak barrels for a minimum of six months, it develops a characteristic amber colour and a smooth, layered character.
Recognised by its aroma of vanilla and dried fruit, a soft, round texture on the palate, and a gentle warmth with light pepper notes on the finish. National and international awards confirm its standing as one of Bulgaria's most respected rakias.
