What it is
Potassium permanganate (KMnO4) is a dark purple crystalline compound with strong oxidising and antiseptic properties. For generations it has been a staple of Eastern European home medicine cabinets — used to prepare mild disinfecting solutions for minor wound care, skin conditions, and general hygiene. Each sachet contains 20 g of pure crystals.
What's in the box
1 sealed sachet of potassium permanganate crystals, 20 g.
How to use
Dissolve a very small amount of crystals in water to produce a pale pink to light purple solution. The correct concentration is around 0.01–0.1% — the water should appear only faintly coloured. Use the diluted solution to cleanse minor wounds, treat skin irritations, or as a footbath. Do not apply undiluted crystals directly to skin. Store in a cool, dry place away from flammable materials.
