What it is
Pelisterka is a natural mineral water drawn from the Medjitlija spring on the slopes of Mt. Pelister in southern North Macedonia. The source sits at 2,106 metres above sea level — one of the highest mineral water springs in the Balkans — and the Pelisterka name has been on bottles since 1953.
The water is lightly mineralised with a balanced profile of calcium, magnesium and bicarbonates. It has a clean, neutral taste with no aftertaste, making it equally at home as an everyday drinking water and alongside a meal.
