What it is
Rytas sūrelis is a Lithuanian sweet curd bar — soft, fresh curd cheese mixed with sugar and classic, with little bursts of sweetness notes, shaped into a single portion. A childhood favourite across the Baltics.
Eat it straight from the fridge with tea or coffee, slice it over porridge, or pack it as a lunchbox treat. Made by Pieno Žvaigždės, Lithuania's largest dairy.
