About this product
Whole pickled button mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) — the everyday-cupboard mushroom of Russian and Eastern European kitchens. Small, neat, mild and obliging, they take any seasoning you put on them.
Drain, dress with sunflower oil and onion, and serve as a cold zakuska. Chop into Olivier or vinaigrette. Skewer onto cocktail picks with cheese and pickle. Fold into a quick salad with sour cream and dill. A jar that earns its place in the fridge.
