What it is
Fortūna is one of Pergalė's most distinctive chocolate sweets — a nod to the factory's own origin, as the Vilnius confectionery was originally founded in 1922 under the name Fortūna. Each piece is built from three layers of crispy baked wafers with a chocolate-flavoured cream filling enriched with crushed potato chips, the whole thing sealed in a thin cocoa glaze.
The result is a contrast of textures — yielding cream against a satisfying wafer snap, with a faint savoury note from the potato chip that makes the chocolate flavour land differently than in a standard candy. Sold in 200 g bags, easy to share but hard to stop at one.

Sugar, wafer sheets and crushed waffles (wheat flour, water, rapeseed oil, table salt, emulsifier soya lecithins, raising agents: sodium carbonates, ammonium carbonates), potato chips (potatoes, sunflower oil), palm-kernel and palm oil, fully hydrogenated palm-kernel and palm oil, low-fat cocoa powder, milk whey powder, flavourings, table salt, emulsifier soya lecithins, acidity regulator lactic acid.
