What it is
Nezhin Cannery has been preserving Ukrainian garden produce since 1927, making it one of the oldest and most respected canning operations in Eastern Europe. These marinated tomatoes follow the same tried-and-tested recipe: whole ripe tomatoes immersed in a brine of water, salt, sugar, and acetic acid, flavoured with dill, parsley, horseradish, garlic, and whole spices.
The result is a firm tomato that has absorbed all the tang and herbal character of the marinade — neither too sharp nor too sweet. Serve straight from the jar alongside grilled meats, as part of a zakuski spread, or with rye bread and butter.

Tomatoes (50%), water, sugar , salt , dill, parsley, horseradish, garlic , acetic acid (acidity regulator), black pepper, bay leaf, allspice. No preservatives added. GMO-free.
